Some Details about Leading in Analytics

A typical module unfolds across a week. The first three days are content-focused, where participants are exposed to concepts and tools that cover the essentials for success in leading analytics at both the project and organizational levels. Thursday, then, has a one-hour online meeting with a small group, where bonds are formed and the opportunity for clarification and feedback are provided in a safe environment. Friday sees a one-hour online meeting with the complete cohort (up to 70 participants) where learning concepts and connections between participants are reinforced.
